With any of our sold products(excluding hired)items we offer a 14 day return policy.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee so if you are not entirely happy with any purchase we will refund or replace any item as long as it is returned as sold ie.unopened and unused.

In the unlikely event the item is faulty we will also refund or replace the item when it is returned to us.

Please note return postage fees are not refundable unless agreed by ourselves.

If you are not completely satisfied please ring or email before sending the item back as we may be able to help. 

These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
